The private bathroom was a floor above!!! Threadbare towels, drafty single glazed windows, and creaky floorboards need addressing!!! Traveling for business, I expected better comfort and amenities!!!

My daughter has just started university in Edinburgh so my mother and I went to visit her for the weekend. We booked the triple room and as soon as my daughter saw the double bed decided to spend the night with us too. Our beds were very comfy and the landlady was lovely and helpful. I would stay here again when I next visit my daughter.

The hotel is quite beautiful and the room also not bad. The services were exactly excellent as whenever and whatever I requested for anythings that she may do, she usually did for me really quick and did well. My grandma felt so warm for her attitude and services.
There are no bathroom and toilet in my room but are at outside although they are only used by us.
